Kroma × Tony Robbins
October 7, 2026 · Prepared by Butterfly Studios
Summary
Tony Robbins is a distribution force with a longevity thesis and a hunger mission, and all three have a Kroma-shaped gap. He co-founded Lifeforce, a precision-health membership that prescribes GLP-1s and hormone therapy and sells its own nutraceuticals but has no food; he co-founded Fountain Life, a $10,500-to-$21,500-a-year longevity clinic chain that raised $18M in August 2025; his free "10-Day Pure Energy Challenge" is a reset program with no kit; and his Feeding America commitment, now in its second billion meals, is a mission a food brand can plug into the way Nunbelievable cookies did.
His pattern is equity-for-promotion in things he personally uses (OsteoStrong, Nunbelievable, Lifeforce, Fountain Life), not acquisition. His audience is tens of millions of social followers and event attendees who buy what he endorses, skewing male and performance-driven, which is the audience Kroma does not have.
The proposal is a co-branded Reset for Lifeforce members and event attendees, tied to a meal-per-order match with Feeding America, with an equity-for-endorsement arrangement as the step after. Each step is Lisa's to take, and none of them commits her to the next.
What Lisa decides first: whether she wants Kroma's brand carried by a personality, with the reach and the reputational exposure that come with it.
The two sides today
Robbins operates a portfolio of ventures and a personal audience; Kroma is the food product none of those ventures sells.

The people on the other side
A Robbins relationship runs through him personally, with two operating companies and a co-founder who decide what is real.
Tony Robbins is the decision and the distribution. He endorses what he uses, takes equity for it, and promotes through events, books and a social audience of more than twenty million. His 2022 book *Life Force* set out the longevity thesis his ventures execute. He lived in San Diego for decades (RRI still lists a San Diego mailing address) and now operates from Palm Beach.
Peter Diamandis co-founded Lifeforce and Fountain Life with Robbins and is the scientific voice of both. He is the person who evaluates whether a food protocol belongs in a precision-health program.
Dugal Bain-Kim, CEO of Lifeforce, runs the membership that would carry a co-branded Reset. Lifeforce's board is chaired by Courtney Reum of M13; backers include Serena Williams and Dr. Mark Hyman, who also sits on Equinox's health advisory board.
Dr. William Kapp, CEO of Fountain Life, runs the clinic chain whose $10,500-plus members receive a personalized protocol. A Reset inside that protocol is a premium placement.
Christopher Zook (CAZ Investments) is Robbins' private-markets partner; if a Robbins-linked vehicle ever took equity in Kroma, this is the desk that would structure it.
Feeding America is the mission partner. The Next Billion Meals Challenge gives any Robbins-endorsed food product a built-in cause, and Nunbelievable showed how a DTC food brand plugs into it.
Unique advantages of this relationship
Robbins is the only counterparty in this series who can move product by saying its name, and the only one with a mission a food brand can measure its impact against.
What only Robbins brings Kroma
- Endorsement that converts. One recommendation from a UPW stage or a Lifeforce email reaches an audience that acts; no store fleet matches that per-day reach.
- A precision-health membership with no food. Lifeforce prescribes semaglutide and hormone therapy and sells nutraceuticals; a Kroma Reset and GLP-1 companion kit are the missing protocol, delivered to members who already pay $129 a month.
- A clinic chain at the top of the market. Fountain Life's $10,500-to-$21,500 members receive a personalized plan; Kroma inside that plan is the highest-ticket placement available anywhere.
- A reset program that exists only as content. The free 10-Day Pure Energy Challenge is the funnel; the Reset is the kit it has never had.
- A mission with a counter. Feeding America's Next Billion Meals Challenge, with Robbins matching, lets every Kroma order deliver meals and be reported as such. Nunbelievable did exactly this.
- Event distribution: Fiji weeks, Date With Destiny and Platinum Partners are captive, affluent groups for whom a pre-event Reset is a natural ritual.
- The male, performance-driven buyer Kroma does not reach today. Lifeforce's membership is majority male.
What only Kroma brings Robbins
- Food. Across Lifeforce, Fountain Life and the books, the thesis is longevity through optimization, and the food layer is advice. Kroma makes it a product with a margin.
- A women-led brand. Robbins' audience and ventures skew male; Kroma's 35–60 women, celebrity investors and nourishment voice open the other half of the market.
- Clinical-beta provenance (the Reset was beta-tested on 1,330 people before launch), which is the kind of evidence Diamandis and Lifeforce's physicians require.
- A public benefit corporation whose charter matches his hunger mission; the meal-per-order mechanic is authentic rather than bolted on.
- A founder who built a cafe chain, exited, and built again, which is the story he tells on stage.
Deal shapes, lightest to heaviest
Robbins does not buy companies; he takes equity in exchange for carrying them. The shapes below follow that pattern, with Lifeforce as the operating counterparty.
| Shape | What it is | What Lisa keeps | Sizing frame (placeholder until Kroma shares current numbers) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A · Lifeforce and event placement | Kroma Reset and GLP-1 companion bundle sold to Lifeforce members at their 20% supplement discount; the Reset offered as pre-event preparation for UPW, Date With Destiny and Fiji; a meal-per-order match with Feeding America. Wholesale or referral margin, 12 months. | Everything; a read on a male-skewing, high-intent audience | No valuation event |
| B · Co-branded reset and mission program | A "Pure Energy Reset" co-branded with Robbins and built on Kroma's 5-Day Reset, launched through the free 10-Day Challenge funnel and Lifeforce; Fountain Life protocol placement; Robbins promotes on stage and socially. | Brand and formulations; one co-branded SKU | Royalty or revenue share on the co-branded line; no equity |
| C · Equity for endorsement | Robbins, personally or through a vehicle, takes a minority stake in exchange for a multi-year endorsement and advisory role (the OsteoStrong and Nunbelievable pattern), with Shape B bundled in. | Control; a celebrity shareholder whose name is on the brand | Equity sized to committed promotion rather than cash; Kroma's last mark ~$14M post (Feb 2024) sets the floor |
| D · Lifeforce acquires Kroma | Lifeforce buys Kroma as its nutrition division. Lifeforce has raised $17.5M and is a services company, so this is unlikely without a new round; Robbins' holding company is a possible but unverified acquirer. | Equity in a venture-backed health startup; an operating role | Premium wellness brands with strong repeat have traded around 1–4× revenue |

A and B are the realistic path, and B is where the mission mechanic makes the relationship distinctive. C is Robbins' native shape and worth pricing carefully. D is not a 2026 conversation.
Fit risks to settle early
- Reputation. The 2019 BuzzFeed allegations (which Robbins denied; his Irish defamation suit against BuzzFeed survived a jurisdiction challenge in 2021 with no final outcome found) remain the first thing a journalist or a Kroma investor will raise. Kroma's cap table includes Gwyneth Paltrow, Amy Schumer and Jessica Seinfeld, whose audiences overlap with that coverage. Lisa should take her investors' temperature before any public association.
- Brand carried by a personality. An endorsement deal puts Kroma's name next to Robbins' in every channel; the upside and the exposure arrive together. Shape A keeps the association inside Lifeforce and events; Shape B puts his name on a SKU.
- Conflict disclosure. Robbins' pattern is equity for promotion, and his CAZ relationship has drawn criticism for undisclosed incentives. Any equity-for-endorsement deal needs clean disclosure language from day one.
- Audience fit. His audience and Lifeforce's membership skew male and performance-driven. That is the opportunity, and it needs product and copy choices (the GLP-1 bundle and protein forward, the lattes behind).
- Capital reality. Lifeforce has raised $17.5M and shows no round since 2023; it is a channel, not a buyer. Fountain Life's capital goes to clinics. Equity here is Robbins' personal shape, not his companies'.
The path in and proposed sequence
The door is Lifeforce and the functional-medicine network, with Robbins himself reached through the people who run his health ventures.
- Lisa sets the frame. Whether she wants a personality carrying Kroma, and her investors' view on the association. Current revenue, repeat rate and gross margin.
- Open through Lifeforce and the science side. Dugal Bain-Kim (Lifeforce CEO) for the member channel; Dr. Mark Hyman, a Lifeforce backer in the same functional-medicine circle as Kroma's advisor Dr. Will Cole, as the introduction to Peter Diamandis. Robbins hears about Kroma from the people he trusts on health before he hears a pitch.
- Shape A for one quarter. Reset and GLP-1 bundle to Lifeforce members with a Feeding America meal match, plus a pre-event Reset offer for Date With Destiny in December 2026. Read conversion and the meal counter.
- Results pull Shape B. The co-branded Pure Energy Reset through the 10-Day Challenge funnel and Fountain Life protocols, with Robbins promoting.
- Lisa chooses the destination. C only with disclosure terms she is comfortable defending; D is not on the table.
What Lisa decides now is step 1. Everything after it is sequenced so that no step commits her to the next.
